Breakfast = Starfruit, watermelon, mint Juice - 80 cals
Lunch = Cabbage and Spinach Soup - 50 cals
Dinner = Starfruit, watermelon, mint Juice - 80 cals
Exercise = 1hr 15 minutes swimming - around 500 cals.
Pretty decent. I just need to focus and drink more water…
Aaand I resisted a massive binge. Really, when I think straight it’s just too easy to avoid this kind of irrational behavior.
Ladies, decided how I’m going to get out of the fast without gaining the weight back: soup!!
2 days I’ll still have juice for breakfast and dinner and vegetable soup for lunch .
2 days I’ll have juice for breakfast and vegetable soup for lunch and dinner.
2 days I’ll have juice and 3 slices of smoked turkey for breakfast and the soup for lunch and dinner.
Sunday I’m still deciding if I’ll fast or what… Until saturday I’ll find out.
That said, today I had Watermelon and melon juice for breakfast; cabbage, spinach and broccoli soup for lunch and watermelon/melon/starfruit/mint juice for dinner.
Aaand 1h 20 minutes swimming.
Any thoughts on my plan? I’d like to hear them!!!

Dinner= The traditional Watermelon, Melon and Mint = 100 cals
No exercise today… Tomorrow is my comeback to practice and I’ll already be weak. No neee to make it worse.

But let me get something straight here.
I don’t wish this upon anyone or support the so-called “wannarexics”. Someone already asked this before here and I’m glad to say it again. I’m pro-ana for myself. Explaining, I don’t think I’ll get anywhere without this. But I don’t want people to go down this road, because there’s no way back.

Today my parents went grocery shopping, so I pumped up my juices a little bit…
Breakfast - Melon Pineapple Juice (110)
Lunch - Watermelon, Melon and Celery (100)
Dinner - Watermelon and Celery (60)
Exercising was 30 minutes Cardio Kickboxing (From Turbofire, for those familiarized) = more or less 400 cals.
May the last day begin!!!

Having my last juice now…
Not feeling well. Might be over exercising, under eating and this is making me sick… Oh, my body is going to reflect my sick mind. Don’t mind at all.

Lunch = melon and pineapple = 90 cals
Dinner = Watermelon and pineapple = 80 cals
No exercise today because I can’t really breathe… Tomorrow I’ll compensate.
